The total amount of your reservation must be paid upon arrival.
- Upon arrival you must pay the remaining amount of your reservation when you check-in in cash (you must bring the exact amount, our employees do not provide change).
- You can also make a transfer for the remaining 50% of the amount of your reservation before arrival.
In any case, you cannot have the apartment unless full payment of your reservation has been made.

If the cancellation of your reservation is not within these indicated date ranges, the property will keep the 50% deposit paid by you at the time of confirming the reservation.
Cleanliness
Your apartment is delivered clean upon arrival. It is your obligation to leave it in the same clean conditions, leaving the garbage in the corresponding containers. If you do not comply with this request, we will be forced to charge you a cleaning fee.
The cleaning cost is €25/hour. If you want to hire an extra cleaning service, the cost would be €25/hour and you must request it at least one day before. In any case, the minimum contracting time for this service is 3 hours.
