If the cancellation of your reservation is not within these indicated date ranges, the property will keep the 50% deposit paid by you at the time of confirming the reservation.

Collection of the remaining amount of your reservation before your arrival
The total amount of your reservation must be paid upon arrival.
If you made a 50% deposit when making the reservation, you must pay the remaining amount of your reservation when you check-in in cash (you must bring the exact amount, our employees do not provide change).
You can also make a transfer for the remaining 50% of the amount of your reservation before arriving.
In any case, you cannot dispose of the apartment unless full payment of your reservation has been made.
Arrivals
Please be sure to inform us of your approximate arrival time, so that we can organize ourselves and not make you wait uselessly. Also, notify us of any initial schedule alterations or changes.
The arrival time for your check-in will be between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Departures
Las salidas son como hora más tardía las 11:30h, cualquier salida después de esta hora y que no esté autorizada, le acarreará un coste adicional. Si requiere salir más tarde de la hora asignada, por favor pregúntenos en el momento de hacer el check-in.
Cualquier salida después de las 11:30 hrs, será sujeta al pago total de una noche. Por favor tome nota que, en el día de su salida, debe dejar el apartamento recogido y la basura depositada en el contenedor correctamente.
Cierre la puerta y deje la llave en el lugar designado. Asegúrese de llevarse todas sus pertenencias.
Cleaning
Your apartment is delivered clean upon arrival. It is your obligation to leave it in the same clean conditions, leaving the garbage in the corresponding containers. If you do not comply with this request, we will be forced to charge you a cleaning fee.
The cleaning cost is €25/hour. If you want to contract an extra cleaning service, the cost would be €25/hour (minimum contracting 3 hours) and you must request it at least one day before.
Services
Water and electricity services are included in the reservation. For the good of the planet, we ask you to make good use of the air conditioning.
Number and identityof guests
Clients must inform Las Flores of the number of occupants in the reservation.
Unless otherwise agreed, Las Flores will only allow the use of the apartment to the number of people declared by the client at the time of making the reservation.
The number of occupants that can use the apartment must not exceed the number of people designated for each property.
Animals are not allowed, without the express consent of Las Flores.
If any of the agreed obligations are not met, Las Flores reserves the right to request the immediate departure of the property and the client will not have any right to any claim or compensation.

Rest hours are established to be respected every day from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. We appreciate your collaboration and respect for these hours, since the apartments are located in a residential area, where there are people who work very early and need to rest.
Likewise, they are obliged to deposit the garbage in the appropriate places. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, and if as a consequence of said activities, a neighbor calls the police, the Las Flores entity may request that they immediately leave the apartment, without any compensation.
Such breach will result in the loss of the deposit or any rent paid.
The client accepts and verifies the conditions of conduct and is responsible for all the people who accompany him in the property in the terms stated.

Property Damage
Las Flores is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur due to the use of the apartment. This includes without limitation, damages, insurance, loss by fire, theft, flood or criminal conduct.
In case of not fulfilling these obligations, Las Flores reserves the right to ask the client to leave the property immediately and the client will not have any right to compensation or possible claim.
